Good phone, but can't upgrade Windows Phone OS
By Marc
I actually like the phone. It's very fast and doesn't freeze up unless I'm messing around with a bunch of apps at the same time. It has a feature to close all open apps at once which is handy. I love the touch screen and the camera is awesome. The business card reader works great and adds the card info to your contacts. The main problem is that Microsoft does not support Windows Mobile version 6.5 anymore and the phone can not be upgraded to Windows Mobile version 7. You can't use any of the online or PC tools that are available with version 7. Basically the only way to get files on and off the phone is to connect via USB then cut and paste. The 8 GB "My Storage" folder is great to store music/videos/docs or whatever, but all the programs are preinstalled on the smaller memory on the phone and there is no way to move them to the "My Storage" folder. I think I may have to return this phone simply because of the discontinued operating system. I want to know I can get support if I need it.

Cheated off but awesome phone
By Mike
I really liked the phone but the seller basically tried to cheat me off. I ordered this phone about 1-2 months ago and I had to send it back because there was a big major issue with this phone. The phone had been scanned or whatever.. but the thing was that I was basically sharing a phone number with someone else no matter how much I tried to change my number. Other than that I love this phone and I had to buy it from Verizon because the seller sold me a rip off.
